Benchmarking your country against Dutch practice
Study visits widen your horizons by providing an opportunity to look closely at different approaches, reflect on your own practice and develop a global perspective.
In the past years ROI International has gained substantial experience in designing, organising and hosting study programs in the Netherlands. Every study tour, conference, seminar or workshop is tailor-made; carefully designed with the specific needs and requirements of the participants kept in mind. By comparing and benchmarking specific aspects of the Netherlands and, if requested other EU countries’ administrative experience, participants will be able to reflect on approaches and solutions in the Netherlands. Study tours are also excellent opportunities to develop a network with Dutch and other EU member states’ civil servants.

The study visits are meant for civil servants active in central, regional or local government or other professionals operating in the public sector. Our programs incorporate a mixture of expert inputs and discussion, training and site visits. We include external experts and Dutch civil servants to guarantee a high level of practical and experience-based input.
ROI International can arrange programs for you with a duration ranging from one day to three weeks or even longer, depending upon your specific requirements. We also have the organisational capacity to arrange logistics as flights, accommodation, airport transport, (optional) cultural trips during weekends, etc.
